Bend Fire December 2016 Quarterlies

What to expect:

Evolution 1

  • Deploy 24' ladder to target as directed, ensure proper angle and tie off correctly.  Deploy roof ladder from 24' ladder to target as directed.

Evolution 2

  • Deploy piercing nozzle from roofer to target as directed.  Perform proper sounding.


Evolution 3

  • Deploy 35' ladder with 3-person crew to target as directed, ensure proper angle and tie off correctly. 


Evolution 4

  • Conventional forcible entry on an outward winging door using proper commands (hit, stop, wedge), cross the tools, sweep and check for life, fire and layout.


NOTES: Crew in full turnouts, SCBA breathing air.  Captain: TIC, Blue Card. Engineer Water supply, RIT gear, second line to door.
